Have you updated with the latest driver for the graphics card? Do you have enough RAM in your machine? Do you have enough disk space? If you play via a modem you proberly loose the connection sometimes. Does the graphics card support the resolution you have set in the game options. Have in mind...

No, I dont know what led to the problem. The customer called and said his server wouldn´t start up this morning when he turned it on. Ill give it 20 more minuttes, or else Ill reinstall the system.
