OUTLOOK profile generator

Hi guys.
Hope you can help solving this one.
I have to make this program "Outlook profile generator" working, and I have no clue about it. If anyone can give me a walktrough I would be really greatfull. If not plz answer this question:
How do I make a .PRF file?

get hold of the profgen.exe file, do to CMD prompt and type profgen /?

You make prf files using the Microsoft profile generator application. Its file name is profgen.exe.

Find yourself a copy of this file and go to a command prompt. Type profgen /? and it lists the syntax of how to use it.

You have any idea where I can find that?
I have something called "modprof". is that the same.
P.S. Are you from Denmark?
