    Avaya/Nortel lineside T1 card

Just wanted to provide and update. First, thanks to KCFLHRC for suggesting this. I connected a lineside T1 card to a DDP card. Provisioned the DDP card as a DTI loop and also provisioned a COT route and made it a private route using loop start signalling. I then created a trunk (loop start)...

    Script stalls

I have a script to add sets to a Nortel. It retrieves data from a spreadsheet and inserts at the correct prompt in the PBX. The first pass works flawless. Any additional pass, the script stalls at the "DN" prompt. It stalls for about 10 to 15 seconds and then resumes at normal speed until it...

    CS1000E and SAP BCM

I thought i posted this question but I can't find it so here it is again. Anyone have any experience with SAP BCM? We are looking to install one and SAP recommends using a SIP media gateway such as a Mediant 2000. I am thinking that our CS1000E should be able to provide SIP trunks. Any...

Where do I set an ACD Q to put an agent in NRD at the end of a call?

I don't believe there is such a setting. The agents can (as a procedure) use the not ready key to terminate the call in lieu of the release key (when call is completed) and this will put them in not ready and end the call.

Error message relating to ACD agents

Is queue 346 defined in your Symposium? Is is aquired? If so, that is your problem. If you are trying to save licenses by only defining them in the CS1000 and not in Symposium, you will have to assign these agents to a queue not defined in Symposium. Then have your Symposium script route to this...

Looks like your clock is in free run yet the primary reference is configured (in LD 73) to track on loop 5. You could try tracking your clock off the priimary reference source (loop 5) by going into LD 60 and type TRCK PCK. This command (if executed)changes the clocking from free run to primary...
