start menu--how to delete a program from the start menu
To remove AOL Instant Messenger from the START menu: RIGHT click ON a blank part of the TASK BAR. Choose Properties. When the window opens select the Start Menu Programs TAB and click the Advanced button. This will open a Window that looks just like Windows Explorer only with the shortcuts...- Emtronics

Cannot delete Int' Explorer history??
When deleting the History in IE, you know this won't remove the cookies, just the web sites you have visited. If you go to C:/Windows/Temp Internet Files folder you should be able to use the Edit menu/Select All and then hit the Delete key. If any file is being used by Windows for whatever...- Emtronics
