In Avaya User Portal, when a user parks a call in a parking space, how can that call be picked up on another phone ? Is their a short code sequence that would allow the call parked via user portal to be retrieved? Thanks.

Our issue is often times the call will only ring about a half ring and cannot be answered. But subsequent calls can.

Were there any more specific about what the complications were? And what part of the docs seem vague? I think one of the limitations of the avaya calling plug-in is that it does not work on mobile devices so on those devices the user will just need to use Workplace
