Your handset is missing the soft keys so not sure what phone you actually have!

Stupid point here but I am assuming you have other stations working on the system so what happens if you swap this handset for a working one or is it an IP handset?

Is it even worth the effort as you end up with a pretty dumb phone and you won't be able to program keys to the phone! a cheap E bay Yealink phone would give you much more functionality!

You ask about ethernet to analogue adaptors, what do you mean by this? Are you meaning using SIP extensions or just converting analogue to ethernet then back to analogue? For that matter what small key system do you have, is it even an NEC system? If they are all on premises, you may be able to...

How many systems are there? you say there are 2 systems but the settings don't seem to reflect that? I think you need to call in someone qualified to work on t!

Hang on here, the OP hasn't said there are Sip trunk connections between the two systems or any other connection for that matter (other than ethernet). Why is the OP just assuming the two systems can route between each other just because of an ethernet connection? How are the two systems...

Ok so Cmd 1204 being different means we are talking about a different tenant and the settings for multiple things can be different on a tenant by tenant basis. A quick check would be to change 1204 for this extension to the same as a working one and see if it then works. Note depending on the...
