Hello...
If your problem is that you want to view these reports from a machine that doesn't have Crystal Reports you can use a Crystal Reports Viewer such as Hammerlaunch3 (you can download this from www.hammerman.com if you want)...
If you want to manipulate or change the reports then you will...
Hello!
I think that you can do this by "Setting Default Values" when you Edit the parameter...
Never done this before so I can't tell you exactly how to work it but I would just type in the date ranges and add them to the right side by using the '<' once you have clicked on the "Set Default...
hello again...
you have probably already done this as well...but here goes...
Did you check in the Fonts under the control panel? if not...try this...
To remove a font from your computer:
In Control Panel, double-click Fonts.
Click the icon for the font that you want to delete.
On the File...
hmmm...
that is so weird...but it is windows! :o)
I will see what I can find out and get back to you as soon as I can~

you can suppress all sections in the subreport...
then you can use your keyboard or mouse to shrink the subreport to a very small size...in the main report...
you will still have small blank lines after...
EXACTLY INSR!!!

hello,
the error you are getting is indicating a virus...
"The server responded: 554 5.7.1 Message cannot be accepted, content filter rejection Subject matches SOBIG virus; if error, change subject and retry"
Is the email still in your "Outbox"? If so, try to delete it...
You might also want to...
hello there...
not sure what version you are using but these instructions should be close regardless...
File > Import and Export > Import from another program or file > Microsoft Excel
then browse to the correct file and click "next"...
Then select contacts to import this into your contacts...
hello-
That is just because it was sent as an attachment...
Just "Create a Local Copy" and they should be fine...
If not, they can alternate-click the file, select properties, and un-check the "Read-Only" box...
There may be a way to set up your Email so that they don't come in as "Read-Only"...
