Hi there again, Second question in a week. I've got a faulty Definity Audix which was repaired. How do i restore the configuration/messages from the tape? Is it just restore backup nightly/weekly/voice ? Newbie Voice person- yellarfellar

Reseating my TN750C loses announcements...
Thanks for the responses, The situation is that I have created a data module for the announcement board, and it is also in the circuit pack. It is a TN750C vintage 9. Reseating my TN750C loses announcements...
How come when I reseat my TN750C card, i lose the announcements? The abbouncement recordings are still there but all with a length of 0 secs. I am guessing I am doing something fundamentally wrong as I am new to AVAYA eq. Any help appreciated Thanx- yellarfellar
