Right now, when a virtual directory is created on Win2k3/IIS 6.0, it defaults to v2.0. Is there a way to get it to version 1.1 without manually configuring IIS each time? We are using both versions.

As I understand it, as long as you are running XP Pro, or 2K Pro as a client, that is considered your client side license for access to a 2K Terminal Server. If you are running any other version of windows, (98,ME,4.0) you will also need to install a CAL for the Client workstation as well...

should Shutdown.exe, or TSSHUTDN.EXE be used to shutdown & reboot a TS server running in application mode? I would think TSSHUTDN.EXE should be used, but why? IBM Global Services

I have 2 Netfinity 3500 dual 266P2's with 256M each, they run 2K/XP Pro great, but I can't get a Geforce2 card from another system to stay up. system stability is poor, and locks up after a few minutes......no ideas..

Well, tried to back off to an earlier driver, no change. system was unstable, and locks up. Does anyone have success with a AGP 3D card in a Netfinity 3500 system ? I have 2 of these I got cheap (256M,dual 266P2) and wanted to build them for my kids...anyone have any ideas ?

Also, is there a speed difference involved due to a 66mhz bus limit ?

I Agree. The Max CPU a 8644-30U is a 333, as it is a 66mhz bus....350 & up is a P3 100mhz bus. 500 or 550P3 will not run in this system. I actually tried it once as we have a few hundred of these servers around.
