I suggest you disable the auto-sencing feature on the port in your LAN switch.Then try every speed on the below sequence: 100M, full duplex, 100M, Hulf duplex, 10M, full duplex, 10M half duplex. good luck

If you have flash card in SOE, you can also upload the holdmusic file by tftp, then set tftp server ip in the manager to itself. then SOE do not need Manager to load the holdmusic when reboot.

really? I am chinese, and i have used IPOffice about 1 year, and never seen any Chinese in my phones including 4602,6408... I also used VMPro to transfer the call. Though i set both IPO and VMPro to China, only English words are displayed in the screen of phone. how you know that words are chinese?

Does anyone have clue for blew problem. Infromation in 6402D can't not be refresh while a call is made or delieved. But everything is OK for 6408D+ in the same port/system. Thanks

But from the log I found IPO do not using H450 while call transfer even i select H450 option on both side.

Some test indicate that it can't support H.450, I don't know why h450 option is here in IP Line.

I also found this issue in my W2k & outlook 2002, But I only tested 1 PC, sometimes i can not see IPO tapi in outlook, I just remove the driver and readd it in Control Panel. and then outlook again. I ofen use dialer.exe in Windows to test whether IPO driver installs properly.

Or maybe your carrier do not provide forwarding disconnect signal. If so ,You may need to config "Busy Tone Disconnect" in your System tab. IPO will disconnect analog trunk after 10 busy tones if the busy tone carrier provided matchs what you have set.
