This past weekend we upgraded to an Avaya system and now I need to delete all messages from our old Rolm Phonemail system before disposal. I seem to recall there is a command to delete all messages older than a certain date but I can't find it. If anyone knows it, please let me know. Thanks!

You don't mention which version of Office you are using, but I noticed that the link which is not working has more than 64 characters while the others have fewer than 64 characters. Is it possible that the computers which aren't working don't have the newer service pack for Office 2000 which...

I believe it was Office 2000 that had a problem like this and it was related to having more than 64 characters in the path name. You'd think it would have been resolved in Office 2003, but try it with a shorter path to the file and see if it can then find the embedded spreadsheet.
