I know this problem. I have the same! The fix is very simple. The original Drivers from Microsoft for adaptec is limited to the Speed 160 MByte per min. Install the Adaplec Driver for the SCSI Adaptec an it will fix this speed Problem!

You can only use this sp but don't use the LN Client update from this SP 4 it can destroy the LN Server!!!!! Its better to wait of the replacement.
