I am trying to add the Nortel 22 Button add on to a 2616 with display phone; evereything is connected but I can not program the key 16-37 at the console.. Am I missing something? Thanks

Hi I have 2 databases (Instances) on the same server; opne is a production db and the other is a test; how could I make a copy of the production database and replace the test; or how can I make a copy of the production DB and have a new DB? Thanks in advance I am using Oracle 7.3.4 Solaris
