No matter it gives you good service but, it is an out dated model and you wont be getting any updares or valid support for this version.

another way is to put another equipment in parallel and then put you can put priorities on both that if one is down for a while the other gets active, in normal cases one remains standby... or you can make it active as well at the same time so the data will flow to both the devices in...
I dont think there are loads of problems, if the parameters are alright VoIP works fine.
And also if you are planning to use CISCO, you can go for ISDN interface on CISCO and connect it to TLU76 MD, and rout it to your WAN network, you even dont need to upgrade to BC11 just for IP connectivity...

Probably u need to approach Ericsson guys near you, this usually happens with induction in the OSP and high traffic rate, the solution is a firmware change on ELU29's.
