    I dont think there are loads of problems, if the parameters are alright VoIP works fine. And also if you are planning to use CISCO, you can go for ISDN interface on CISCO and connect it to TLU76 MD, and rout it to your WAN network, you even dont need to upgrade to BC11 just for IP connectivity...
