The name of this is zMate Pen NACRE Black 512MB. The web address is www.dane-elec.com Go to downloads and look up the pen name. There you will see the driver for win98. This is a certified usb 2.0 device. I don't think this has anything to do with it. But...who knows? James- tta81

I am having problems installing the driver to my computer. My OS is Windows 98 Second Edition 4.10.2222A. I downloaded the driver. I did exactly these steps: 1) unplug all usb devices, 2) restart comp., 3) install driver, 4)restart comp., and plug device & go to "my comp" to see a "removable...- tta81
