I have a problem where a couple of users get a "?" at the top of the body in all the messages they create or reply to via Outlook Web Access. I can create a new account and no problems - works like it should. Any idea's where to start, besides deleting their account and recreating? Thanks

One thing to try is stop all exchange services. Start the System Attendant and System Manager. See if you can get into view the store. Then attempt to mount the database, if this fails. This will tell you the database is corrupt/damaged.. Then run the exchange repair tools to attempt repair...
