We have a Tie Trunk setup on a MM710 in a G450 Gateway that will not give any lights nor dial tone when plugging into a fax server. Works fine on a TN464 in a G650.
We are having the same type of problems hearing DTMF tones, but more prevelant during a conference call with digital phones and IP phones. Also happens when calling internal to internal.
I need to wire a single alarm indicator that will serve for three hunt groups whenever one of them get one call in the queue.
We tried loop three analog ports together, but it won't trip the ringer only with one. Any ideas?
Is there a way to have your line stay lit up when the caller has gone to an Intuity Voicemail System so that you can pick up the call.

We tried to changed the IP address in both our Definity and Audix Intuity. All was going well until we went into the Networking Addressing. Once we hit save there was an error that said:
Field validation failed. No changes made.

That sounds great, however, they are requesting that the message go to an available agent that can get the message and then do the requested work. That is the message would need to round robin so to speak. I don't think it's possible unless we were to do something with outcalling to the hunt...
We have an office using message manager. They are requesting that when a voicemail message is left in the general mailbox that the message automatically go to the next available agent in a particular hunt group. Can anyone tell me how to do this or if it can be done at all?
