Your tie trunks in slot 4 are not all equipped.
In programming go to lines and trunks. go to ground/loop/DS1 and enter slot 4. under type enter T1. go to tie and enter 5, 6, 7, 8. Print out you tie trunk info to verify that they are in.
First verify that your system is set up for three digit dialing. I usually set the system for set up space that puts the system in 4 digit dialing and then do block renumber to the desired extension length and number. this gives the system more flexibility for renumbering later.

It would pobably be a good idea for you to do a backup of the system to your pc so you could at least restore it to what they have. It is always a good idea to do this before major changes.
Although you say you have 112 in cover group 30, you don't have group 30 in the calling group 770. It appears that you have all of these extensions as members of calling group 771 for some reason Remember "you cannot cover a covered call".
Another trick - use an old set and hardwire the speaker leads out to the amplifier. I used a valcom self amplified 24V speaker. This worked well for a small warehouse. Not only cold you use the all page but also as individual amplified paging for that station.
I'm not well versed on the IP office, but that could be the problem if the line will not disconnect. Can you check the parameters of the analog extensions in the IP Office? I would think there should be a timing parameter nt there.
If you are using extension 11 and mailbox 11 to answer all call then you will have to go to #208 and assign the new line to that extension It looks as if you are using ext 11 as and answering service.
