Opps not route pattern I was looking at the CPN

I am trying to find the nubmer of digits outplused to the LEC. The LEC called asking how many out-pulsed numbers. When looking at the route pattern it would be the "Total CPN Len" I see both 10 and 4. So I am assume they would looking for 10? Thanks again!
