I had this problem... all speed dial programmed but names did not appear. I solved it by going to the active sets, compatibilities & preferences... in the ‘First Display’ column make sure they say 'Name'. Hope it helps.

Pat's correct on this one. The deleted email is the original. The one in the 'Sent Items' is classed as a new message (sender and recipient are different). So both emails will take up 4mb of storage and 4mb of mailbox quota.
