    Thanks all. I loaded all the patches and Service Packs for Win98, no luck there. I'll attempt to add accounts with passwords as Matt suggested. I'll also see if the Zone Alarm web site has anything that can help.

    Thanks Matt; but when I put the 128MB cards in by themselves, they work fine. It's SDRAM for PC 100/133. That's the kind of RAM the computer calls for.

    When I try to upgrade my Compaq 5461 with more than 128MB RAM, the video goes crazy with lines running across. I don't get any errors and I've tested the memory cards, all work fine alone. Any solutions? Also, there's no upgrade to the BIOS and this machine is supposed to support over 300MB.
