Trying to get the Jog dial to work on the 7431 sets, but am not successful.
Would like to scroll through system speed dial numbers stored.
tried the Mode button but I get no response when I push it.
Can someone assist me on the jog dial procedure?

Trying have caller ID work on a TD816C system. Lines have caller ID feature from central office (Telco provider0.
enabled caller ID on lines in programming, but caller id is not being displayed on the 7431 set.
Am I missing something?

Thanks for your response. I setup this new user extension 102 with new mailbox. They have 2 CAR keys. Other sets in office go to VM after so many rings already, so I think there is a code there.(I inherited this site).
How can I find out in the NEC SAT software that there is already a CF/NA...
How can I have this setup...........When an extension is on a call, the second incoming calls ring before going to Voicemail. (Call forward no answer setup)
Right now they go to voicemail when on a call direct.(Call forward Busy no answer).

How do you clear a message set from another extension?
green light is flashing. This, I think might indicate a message to call back that extension that initiated it.

Elite IPK 64 switch, telephone set has all of a sudden green light flashing on a button as if there is an incoming call. Even when there is no incoming call.
any suggestions?
