    The main number will have have a DID number and have to be assigned to a target line as well. On a PRI, there is no need for hunt groups. The CO will send the call and the DID digits everytime, you can configure your nortel what to do with it from there.

    Hmmh, this worked before until they had a power outage. Yes, Dial mode is tone on the EM trunks on both sides. Answer mode DISA is no. I didnt think a straight T1 had target lines, only a PRI. Geesah, IIRC yes, you can upgrade to 4.1

    T1 trunks on both sites are set to auto answer. Signaling is wink-start. TrunkType E&M. No Prim Set for the lines (001-024) both sites.
