i have a server that is a perimiter gateway. so far i have had this problem
for quite a while, but the problem ONLY occours on this os. it doens't do

look at the services mmc... it should say :
for task scheduler
C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
in the path to execute... it should start automatically, as well.
on mine, the WIA doesn't start automatically... you may need drivers to start that service...

i have a raid 5 system that has 6 120gb (640gb) disks. i want to up the size to 256gbs (1.28tb). is it possible to put larger disks in one by one without loosing any data? can i just replace the disks one by one? if i do so, would it see the extra space when i replace the final disk? i'm betting...
found the problem typical microsoft crap!!! be sure and read the part where they tell you how to fix it only if you contact them.
