NEVER MIND! I just had a brain fart. and Check to see what groups where DENIED LOCAL LOGIN, and there was a group that everyone is part of, so I removed it, and BANG works fine now. LATER
I am having this issue, except it's on the SERVER it's self. I just upgraded to Service Pack 2, and now I can not login locally with ANY user. I can Remote Desktop into the server. Help!

yes, I'm using as many mailboxes as needed. I've got more than 3 now :).
The problem stems from 'hiding' the mailbox from the Exchange list. Exchange does not see the email address, so it assumes it's fake, and denies sending as it.

I have a user that can login and he just sits there till it logs him out. Then he has to enter 'domain\' before his username. Not sure if it helps, but good luck.
