Having a issue with VM has two(2) incoming lines, over line when the first line busy and it comes on 2 it automatically goes to an extension ie: 222 or 247 it seems random, when line one 1 answers it gets the recorded message but not on two?? have checked all line programming and they are...- tellstan

what id like to do is have a a m7208 receive outside line/ or outgoing and put on hold and be able to stay on hold for 45min to 1 hour??- tellstan
