    By chance you dont have a hard deny rule set in your FW for the Exchange server? Can your exchange server receive and send email? Have you checked your default route on the exchange server itself?

    Check to see if you have the exchange server in your local host file or lmhost. The external ip address must resolve on your computer B to the exact name the certificate was created for.
