    Nevermind...fixed. had avaya on the phone...he went to a "mentor" and came back and asked me to try again and it worked. I asked him what he did and he said "nothing". Working fine now. Taz

    s8700 CM 2.0 and I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on my IPSI's from 7 to 12. I can do the ones that are in STNDBY mode with no problem, but when I try to schedule my active ones for after hours, I get an error message "time is in the past". I've triple checked the times on the servers, etc...

    Tried that...swing and a miss. With no alert, the user doesn't hear there is another call. It's got to be the unit. I have other analog users (different kind of phone) that can flash to get two calls. Thanks. Taz

    G3SI v.11 set type = 2500 switchhook flash = y call wtg indication = y 2nd call beeps in the headset but the user can't use flash. flash just gives a new dial tone. What am I missing?? Thx Taz

    Have you tried to unplug the phone and plug back in to reset the volume levels?? It's free and may work. Taz
