Looks like you have a major problem; do you have ACD on the NAM? if yes then it might be the co-residency problem. or It may have defaulted, In this case you must treat it like a new system. Press F903 to select a feature code range. Then press F983 and enter the password 266344 Good luck.

it is all in the dialer setup, if the norstar work fine without the dialer then you should follow the dialer documents to set it up, there are many kinds of dialers and each one has its own setup.

anyone knows a fax detection box that will pass the CLID to the phone system? I want the fax to pick up only when a fax is coming in and system to pick up calls, and I need the CLID that’s why I can’t set the line to go to the fax first. Any help will be appreciated.
