MICS with Cinphony. But I need more detail. (call accounting?)

I have a MICS with Cinphony add on. It doesn't look like it will allow me to get detail on each call everyone receives (time per call etc). More importantly I cannot determine how many calls each agent is making outbound. Do I need to purchase yet another add on module?
 
cinphony has a software called INFOCUS which when installed on a PC/Server monitors ACD incoming calls

for tracking outgoing calls, you'll need SMDR/CTA and call accounting sw
 
your cinphony report "non-ACD DURATION report" has a "outgoing calls" block, this is the number of non acd outgoing calls that the agent made.
