Maybe some trunk ports are in out of service state and call is redirected to alternate rout(call is waiting for connection and after "alternate rout wait time" is going by another rout)- szacall

5610 phone redial button doesn't work on IPO 4.1(9)
Hello, Has anyone noticed that the redial button doesn't work on ip phone 5610 connected to IPO 500 v4.1(9). It started to working after manual save phone's redial menu settings, but I don't want make it on every plugged set.- szacall

Outgoing SIP Number
Hi All, I have the similar problem (SIP trunk on IPO500 4.0(10)), when I dial number by sip shortcode (012N, dial, 012N@"provider name") IPO puts in "+" sign before dialed number (I trace it by etheral). Is anybody know some short code string to delete it?- szacall
