Anti-virus startup on boot - behavior
It's been my experience that nortons takes quite a while to load in XP. I would suggerst that you try an anti-virus like Bit defender pro 7.2! It's much smaller then nortons,doesn't take up much in resources and works just as well as nortons if not BETTER!- sublime2
