    Is the JPG embeded in the email message or is it an attachment. You may also want to check the Mail format (HTML, Plain Text, or Rich Text) I think there is also an option for sending attachments uuencoded. You may want to try changing it.

    It may be a rights issue. I forget it the button info is saved in an INI file or the registry. You might try granting the user admin rights temporarily and see if that works.

    Setting a specific printer to an inbox in OUTLOOK:

    I do not think you can assign a different printer as a default for different inboxes (unless they are on different computers). Some applications have the ability to print to a specific printer (other than the Windows default). I do not think MS Outlook is one of them.
