rios929--Are you actually able to click on Restart or Shutdown? If these options are grayed-out you may not be logged in with an account that has permission to shutdown or restart. These permissions can be changed in the Registry and policies (local or domain).

Is the JPG embeded in the email message or is it an attachment.
You may also want to check the Mail format (HTML, Plain Text, or Rich Text)
I think there is also an option for sending attachments uuencoded. You may want to try changing it.
It may be a rights issue. I forget it the button info is saved in an INI file or the registry. You might try granting the user admin rights temporarily and see if that works.
I do not think you can assign a different printer as a default for different inboxes (unless they are on different computers). Some applications have the ability to print to a specific printer (other than the Windows default). I do not think MS Outlook is one of them.
