I have a form on my site that is filled out by the customer The problem i am having is that when i want to reply to the email and insert the original send email that works of BUT outlook does not insert the email adress.I am sure there is something to fix that problem i have tryed different...

Is there a way to paste a form in the message part of a email in outlook so i do not have to retype the same thing everytime but be able to add type to it when i send a letter to a customer

No what i ment i designed a template using outlook But want to use a combo boh i add it to the template BUT can not figure out how to add the things to the drop down STEVE
