Is the a way to make a form in outlook 2000 so what when you type on the letter you can not erase the form that is on the email

you can insert a "form" in which has been made with a word processing program like Word. sometimes we use these as signatures while sending to specific addresses (ie. "cancelations"). that help?

No what i ment i designed a template using outlook But want to use a combo boh i add it to the template BUT can not figure out how to add the things to the drop down
