    Media lost 2 days of backup after I/O device error

    justin2000, Thanks for the reply. My tapes are set to Overwritable, but the job isn't set up to overwrite the tape. It runs until the tape is full, then it ejects the tape. I just checked this morning, and it ran OK. There is now 66GB used on the tape (33 yesterday). Shane

    Relaying denied when sender sends to a certain domain

    Elvar, Don't pull your hair out. I've had this a few times... The problem was with the other person's email server. Their server was having DNS issues or something like that. I can say with a lot of confidence that it is probably not your problem, but the recipient's.

    I popped in a an old tape on 6/17 and ran an erase. I backup for about a week before the tape is full, then I repeat. That night at 11pm a backup job ran and was success (Exchange). The next night, 6/18, the same job ran but came back with an I/O error after 29GB (normally) 47GB. The next...
