    actually disregard last post, i was looking over some stuff and actually you have to have the latest version of Outlook and with that they have a "Minimize to Tray" option in there.

    I beleive that Service Pack 2 has a patch for this. If you install SP2 it should be setup by default. Let me know if it works.
