You Might want to take a look and compatability with VMWARE ESX Server here http://www.vmware.com/pdf/esx_systems_guide.pdf However I am Sure if the HP9000 and Integrity servers run Win or Linux then you could user VMWARE GSX or Workstation.

Do you have a trust setup between these domains ? Do you have WINS and DNS Configured correctly on the NT4 Domain ?

Checked for Viruses and no Viruses found. I am able to boot off a Floppy Disk with NTDETECT and BOOT.ini and NTLDR files. System then works fine.

on NT4 use 'START / RUN then WINMSD and go to the System TAB this will give you the Bios info or from your workstation 'WINMSD \\(Computername)and then system tab. Not sure if it is the same for Win2K

also check to see if you have ant .DMP files these can take up quite a bit of space.
