    For sending original I'd we use the asterisk wild card URI in the sip trunk. Create a new URI and just put the * in the 3 boxes. Set this URI as a different outgoing trunk group and route forwarded calls through it.

    I would guess that you would need to invoke the unpack command twice. As with the handset pressing unpack the first time gives you the call information, 2nd time picks up the call. Think this was introduced late v5 or v6
