what operating systems you are you using ? if windows, are the workastations member of a domain ? if you say network, are you talking of a lan ? also give us some details on the software you want to check whether it is installed or not.- smille

it looks like ... overlapped I/O operation is in progress (err 997). try to use a larger value for the /WAIT option. (config depending, try to move the resources to estimate avalue that might fit) you can check the cluster log, that stuff might be helpful. if that doesn't work you should...- smille
