I've tried it out but my findings are that in Outlook XP , you don't really need to open new windows.
When you send a message, there is a field that enables to choose which account to send it from...
However, I am still unsatisfied with this solution.... (outlook will not know which address...

Thx for all your suggestions, however, the solution with rules only solves one side of the problem: Namely when you receive a mail.
Now, if I want to send one, how will Outlook guess the sender address (remember there are 2 users on this computer) ?

I would like to know if there is a way to start simultaneously several instances of Outlook.
We are several users on a single computer and would like to have access to our mail boxes without logging out and in again each time.
