    take a look at the enterprise parameters, you should be able to disable a lot of ccmuser functions, keep in mind this is system wide. you cannot set these "right" on individual basis. Simon

    This does not work, because of an OS change, from 2000 to 2003, you need to do a reinstall and then set the backup back using BARS.

    If you take a look at the CCMAdmin page and than under device defaults, if you click on the icon next to the phone type you can do a reset, don't do this but the pop-up will tell you howmany phones are configured in the system. simon

    You have to create a seperate device pool in the CallManager with SRST enabeled for only this device pool. Next add all the phones which need SRST to the SRST enabled device pool. Simon

    all these settings are not in files bu either in the SQL database or the DC Directory on the callmanager. read the manuals for rebuilding/upgrading a callmanager server.

    Which version of ccm have you installed? it could be memory or CPU related.

    It seems you can not change the logo of a 7912 running SCCP/MGCP. only with SIP software you can change the logo. simon

    Personaly I think the Vivinet tool is a good tool if you don't know what you are doing within networking and QoS. But for commercial use and reporting to customers is it very handy. It is specially handy when you want to prove your ISP they have mis-conifugred the WAN links and QoS mechanisme...
