    A user has accidently deleted their contacts. I had a few backups, but for some reason, Arcserve was unable to grab individual's user's contact and restore. Is there another way to do this from Exchange Server directly? Regards, Simmerdwn408

    Make sure they are using their email alias when logging in. I.E. alias name in Exchange administrator. Hope this helps. Simmerdwn408
