yes i have rolled it back. and every time i rebooted the ATI radeon 1150 re-installs itself. when i first got driver detective it had saw that my video card driver was outdated. it re-installed itself again no problems so far after this last re-install. hopefully no mo errors occur.

The volume slider , plugging the head phones into the front and back ports, and there are no conflicts in device manager. The only im going to check is the bios to see if the sound is disabled.
