on a sl1 option 81, the customer want's to ad the call name display from the C.O. Is there something to program in the customer data block or aneywhere else in the systeme . Thank you

thank's but it's not only with 39xx phones, it whas douing it with 2xxx phones, and it was 2 folowing codes, ex err780 and err781, the first was when we disconnecting phones and the other when we where reconnecting phones.

we have an option 81c 4.5 There use to be a err or sch or ovl... code comming out every time that a phone was disconnected or reconnected from the systeme, and whe dont see that code anymore. Would any of you guys remember what these codes are Thank's

If we knew wicth sup. whas listening by mistake I would'nt send a post. There are 21 floors, hundret's off sup. and since they are all in the same systeme, they cans listen to anay agent in the bulding. Even if whe out the agent phone, the sup. stay's held up.since whe dont know who the sup. is...

We have a option 81 c and 21 call center, symposium and genesys. When a superviser is listening to a agent,by using the observe key, no other superviser can listen at the same time to that agent. The problem is, that by mistake a superviser can type a whrong agent number and listen to a agent...

By being acquired the call follow's what is programed in the symposium, not what is programed in the pbx or in the call pilot. When the symposium is domw, it follow's what ever is programed in the pbx as a default route

Sorry I wasn't clear anough , I found what I was looking for.Some one acquired my phone in Symposium while I was working on it, that's why it wasn't going to the call pilot. I had it desacquired did my test and it goes to the call pilot ok as an extension DN. Thank you verry mutch to your time
