I gave it a shot however I still am not getting a dial tone when the power is plugged in. You wouldn't happen to still have the soundstation do you? If so could you post the configurations of it so I can compare?

I tried to reverse the polarity but it did not solve the problem. I considered that it possibly could be a bad Polycom phone however my boss has already sent it back twice and Polycom has stated there is no issues with it.
Thank you to everyone who has posted here. The phones are still down however I was told to wait until Monday to work on it. Thanks again for the help. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix the phones please post and I will read it first thing Monday morning.
