    I gave it a shot however I still am not getting a dial tone when the power is plugged in. You wouldn't happen to still have the soundstation do you? If so could you post the configurations of it so I can compare?

    The TN is enabled, and I changed it to AO6 instead of AO3. If you don't mind me asking what is the difference in AO3 & AO6?

    I don't know if this is useful or not however, on the transfer module. When the power cable is not plugged in. The 3903 works and gets a dial tone.     I tried to reverse the polarity but it did not solve the problem. I considered that it possibly could be a bad Polycom phone however my boss has already sent it back twice and Polycom has stated there is no issues with it.

    Last night our server room's a/c unit went down. When I got to work this morning the room was 85 F. Call pilot is down and no one can dial in. I can however still dial out for some reason. We are working on getting the A/c back up. The room is still at 83 F and we have fans blowing air in there...
