hawks, both 9 and 88 will work for dialing external numbers right now.
curly, I don't think I can Show 9, it doesn't seem to give me the option. If I put in DstCode:99> and hit Show (that's the upper-right yes) then I get a menu that says Normal:009> with a Change softkey under it. Show again lists AbsorbLength:All

OK, I found it under Routing service, but there are about 80 of them in there and I don't see any references to 9 or 88. Lots of them appear to be our direct dial last four digits. Am I in the right place?
OK bear with me as I'm an extreme novice still. We do have a PRI. I'm not finding anything referencing a destination code in the programming though, perhaps I'm in the wrong area?
