i have my switch feed an opx line from another switch going into a universal trunk card and the problem i have run into is the ring voltage is not enough or possibly not long enough, only a 2 second ring for the univeral trunk card is to pick up the line, we know this is so because we tested it...
what we are doing is running a dsn from local base on opx line into facility and they are able to dial out dsn but not able to receive calls in (line rings but not at set and will give a busy tone if line is in use)
