opx lines programed in option 11 1

i have three opx lines programmed into an option 11 and they do not ring in on phones they are suppose to, dont know where to look in programing to see if anything is programmed wrong
 
ok stated it while dialing in the stat said busy but no one answered
 
and i dialed local there is a fax line there that should have picked up automatically
 

Are you the starting point, or the ending point in this OPX?

Do you have a switch at the remote end of this OPX line, or just 3 phones?

Everything looks OK, except we don't know how these DSN lines are programmed in the first switch that is sending them to you, and We don't see how the set that the auto terminate dn is assigned to is programmed. can you post that info? the line could have call forwarding activated in either place.
 


Try to ATDN, to another phone, and see if it works. If you can call into your PBX on the DSN line, and your switch goes busy, but dosn't ring the phone, its going to be a problem between your switch and the phone. i agree with Techman3030, could you post the TNB of dn 1699.
